Shipping policy

All Vexorine Living products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping fees — anywhere in the world.

How delivery works

As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download button appears on your order confirmation page.
At the same time, we email the download link to the address you gave at checkout. Delivery is normally instant and always within a few minutes.
Bundles contain several separate PDF files, each with its own download link.

Vexorine Living Club membership

If you join the optional monthly membership, your first plan is delivered by email straight away. Each following month's plan is emailed on your billing date. Cooking Q&A is answered by email within 2 business days.

Format and requirements

Files are PDFs (A4, print-friendly) in English. They open on any phone, tablet or computer with a free PDF reader such as Apple Books, Google Drive or Adobe Acrobat Reader. We recommend saving the files to your device straight after downloading.

Download limits

For security, download links may allow a limited number of downloads or expire after a period of time. If your link stops working, email us your order number and we will send a new one free of charge.

Check your spam, junk or promotions folder for an email from Vexorine Living.
Make sure the email address on your order is correct.
Still nothing after 15 minutes? Email contact@vexorineliving.com with your order number and we'll resend it within 1 business day (usually much sooner).

Where we sell

Our digital products can be purchased and downloaded worldwide, except where we are prohibited from selling by law (for example, countries subject to applicable sanctions).
